INFEMIT and OCMS would like to warmly invite everyone to join us for the 2015 Annual Stott-Bediako Forum on the Gospel and World Today. The Forum will be held July 8-10, 2015 in Amman, Jordan. This year’s theme is “A Christian Response to Religious Extremism.” We live in a world where religiously motivated ideologies and religiously justified acts of violence are unfortunate realities no one can escape. Whether a citizen of a wealthy, militarily strong country or a member of a poor, struggling community, the consequences of religious extremism are evident – inequality, discrimination, oppression and violence – all of which lead to tragedies at personal and community levels. It is therefore imperative that responses to these realities are sought and formulated also by people who hold allegiance to various expression of Christian faith.
Presenters include Martin Accad, Maqsood Kamil, Munther Isaac, Nadia Henry, Nicola Abu Murad, Johnson Mbillah, and others!
